Con profunda solemnidad y el respeto que merece un hijo insigne de Bol\u00edvar, la Presidenta (E) de la Rep\u00fablica Cmdte. en Jefe FANB Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, en compa\u00f1\u00eda del MPPD GJ Gustavo Gonz\u00e1lez L\u00f3pez y Alto Mando Militar; rindi\u00f3 tributo en Capilla Ardiente al h\u00e9roe Cnel. Helmer David Prato Veloz, ascendido a General de Brigada p\u00f3stumamente por su invaluable entrega y lealtad en defensa de los sagrados intereses de la patria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
